Your account
Keep it secure. Do not share it. You are responsible for what happens under it.
Our service
We will keep it working. If we break it, we tell you (status.pulzi.net). If we break it badly, we credit you.
Payments
Monthly subscriptions bill on the anniversary. Annual bills up front. Refunds prorated within 30 days for annual.
Termination
You can leave any time, for any reason. We can terminate for breach with 30 days written notice.
Liability
Our liability is capped at the last 12 months of fees you paid us. Standard, boring, fair.
Governing law
Australia (New South Wales), or the jurisdiction of your workspace region if EU.
