What we collect
We collect your account info (email, name, company) and the survey responses, contacts, and verbatims you put into Pulzi. That is it.
Why we collect it
To run the product. To email you about the product. Never for advertising, never for third-party sale.
How long we keep it
As long as your workspace exists, plus 30 days of backups after deletion. Export any time, in JSON or CSV.
AI & verbatims
We do not train models on your verbatims. Theme clustering runs per-workspace in isolated inference; your data never leaves your slice.
Who sees it
Only staff with a named reason. Every access is logged, reviewed weekly, and visible to you on request.
Your rights
Access, export, correction, deletion — all one-click in Settings → Data, or by emailing privacy@pulzi.net.
